The Institute of Public Finance will organise a virtual presentation on February 5, 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00 am (CET) that will address housing challenges in Croatia.

Federica De Pace (OECD) will present the conclusions of the housing chapter forthcoming in the 2026 Economic Survey of Croatia, which draws on OECD data and comparative analysis to develop policy recommendations in the areas of housing taxation, rental, and land-use regulations aimed at fostering a more efficient and affordable housing market in Croatia.
