Public Sector Economics 2026 Conference

To mark the 50th anniversary of the journal Public Sector Economics, the Institute of Public Finance's annual conference will be devoted to a perspective on the evolution of the discipline since the mid-1970s and a discussion of where public finance research and practice may head in the future. 

The programme will feature keynote lecture, paper presentations, and a panel on the future of public sector economics research and practice.

The presentation will be filmed and photographed under Article 6 paragraph 1 (f) of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
